How do I sign up as a client?
Click the "Get Started" button and complete the registration process.
Once your account is approved, you can immediately start posting work orders.
How do I become a provider/engineer?
Apply through our provider signup page. You'll need to complete a profile,
verify your identity, and pass our skills assessment. Most applications are
processed within 48-72 hours.
What countries do you operate in?
Naleno operates in 50+ countries worldwide. We have particularly strong
coverage in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Contact us
if you need coverage in a specific region.
How does payment work?
Clients fund work orders in advance, and funds are held in escrow.
Once work is completed and approved, payment is released to the engineer.
Engineers can withdraw to bank accounts, PayPal, or other supported methods.
