With your permission, we collect precise GPS location data to:
- Match you with nearby work orders based on your service radius
- Verify check-in/check-out at work sites
- Calculate distance for routing and dispatch purposes
You can disable location services at any time through your device settings. Some features (like check-in verification) may not work without location access.
2.3 Photos and Camera
We access your camera and photo library only when you choose to:
- Upload work completion photos
- Submit documentation for deliverables
- Update your profile picture
2.4 SMS and Text Messages
When you provide your phone number and create an account, we may send you SMS text messages for:
- Account verification: One-time passwords (OTP) to verify your phone number during registration and login
- Work order notifications: Alerts about new assignments, routed opportunities, and application status updates
- Security alerts: Notifications about suspicious account activity or password changes
Message frequency: OTP messages are sent once per login or verification attempt. Work order notifications vary based on your activity (typically 1–5 messages per week).
Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are sent via Twilio. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. OTP verification messages cannot be opted out of while using phone-based authentication. You can switch to email-based login in your account settings.

2.5 Push Notifications
We use push notifications to alert you about:
- New work order assignments and routed opportunities
- Chat messages from clients and dispatch
- Status changes on your active work orders
- Payment updates and wallet transactions
You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or through your device settings.
2.6 Usage Data
We automatically collect device information (device type, operating system, app version) and usage analytics to improve the Service.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Match engineers with work orders based on skills, location, and availability
- Process payments and manage financial transactions
- Facilitate communication between clients, engineers, and dispatchers
- Send notifications about your work orders and account

We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With clients: Your professional profile, skills, and work history are shared with clients who post work orders you apply to or are assigned to.
- With service providers: We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), SMS delivery (Twilio), and cloud infrastructure.
- For legal compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- With your consent: In any other circumstances with your explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage for sensitive data, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
